Kathy is the founder of Three Rivers Promotions and is frequently described as being creative and fun. Kathy wrote this so she gets to describe herself in glowing terms. After nearly twenty years of donating her time and talents to volunteer organizations, she created a company to help small business and organizations make a larger impact and reach their goals. She likes to gather individuals from different backgrounds to work on projects, bringing out the best in all of them. Kathy has a strong background in print media and loves walking down to the mailbox to see if new materials have arrived.



Steven is probably the smartest team member that we have, and does the HTML coding on our websites - though some could argue that the rest of us are smart enough NOT to excel in HTML and leave the hard work to him. Steven is creative and a problem solver. We enjoy tossing impossible problems at him to see what he will come up with. Steven was enthralled with the chocolate fountain in Vegas, and we expect to hear that he has set up a similar fountain in his kitchen.

We are very excited to introduce Garrett as a team member. He is an artist, and rather than append that title with the word "starving", he lends his creativity to web design. He believes that the Internet embodies great potentials; creative ideas flourish, reason is persuasive, and the spread of information is, in fact, good. Notions that he explores more elaborately because of his involvement with web design. Adam is our newest team members and has been involved in design and promotions for the past three years in one way or another. Web design is new to him but he is enjoying the experience and helping to enhance small business marketing. Adam also works as an assistant at a downtown Cedar Rapids landmark, Smulekoff's Home Store, and coaches soccer. Previously, he worked at Western Illinois University while also getting a master's degree. He says it is great to be back in the Hawkeye state!


Danielle is our team member charged with organizing my office. She comes in twice a week to prepare invoices and estimates; clean up the files and to remind me how beautiful my desk is when you can actually see it. Her efforts have greatly reduced my "to do" list. She is organized, friendly, and always comes in with a smile. She is a nursing student and we enjoy free blood pressure checks as a side benefit.

Meghann is one of our graphic designers and helps create logos and interesting effects on our websites. Meghann always surpasses our expectations in her design work. She is a blessing to those of us who appreciate art but cannot create art. We have used a photo of Rome because Meghann spent a semester in Rome finishing her Graphic Design degree. We were very excited (and a bit envious) for her to have this opportunity. She has recently graduated and has left Three Rivers to pursue full-time employment. We wish her well and thank her for our beautifully designed logo and business cards.




Dolly is our team mascot and is pictured here standing outside in the cold and looking in the frosty door and wishing someone wasn't distracted on the computer. She is absolutely no help when it comes to promoting your business, but she will greet you with a smile and a wagging tail, and she makes sure we get lots of out-door time to clear our heads and boost our creativity.
